As a Christian, I praise God by reading the Bible.

In the Bible, Jesus wants a person to have a "Heart of Flesh".

From being among a wide variety of Health Professionals in the Seventh Day Adventists, I felt the term Heart of Flesh, is most likely, the forsaking the lust for the flesh, for the care and love of the flesh, that Medical people do.
But there is so much to study.

As adolescence, is fraught with many big danger experiments, and masturbation is the most common of them all.
But also, how God in the Bible emphasises sexual sin, as leading to injustice et al, in many examples, from bad kings of Israel to bad countries of renown such as Sodom and Gomora.
This was probably from accidental pregnancies.
But also the jerk like culture that sex has plenty of.

In regard of the Psychologists against Addiction, this is part of a World wide hope for maintenance, of the integrated and technological Civilisation of this age of Science.
That via Medicine both in volunteers and also in the main works, the Professional is famously with amazing rigour against risks.
So for that I am thankful, as this is such a high standard of living in history, so rarely seen.

I remember an Australian Psychologist, of name Clive Carey.
He was originally a teacher in a Boarding School. (Maybe of a Military Culture, it has been suggested)
His answer, to my Social Phobia difficulty, was to redevelop my Hierarchical Thinking, that he said I probably had whilst growing up.
I asked him about religion, but he did not say of anything that I can remember.
I was not then a believer in 1994, of age 34, 23 years ago.

Today I value the Bible, and feel confident that it will be, in its entirety defendable for ever.

A good place to start, is with a few medical conditions.
As they are relatively well examined and researched:-

Prostatitis - it is recommended to wash away the harmful wastes of this condition by:
-Drinking a lot of water.
-Doing Masturbation, 2 to 3 times a week, but no more than once a day.

In the ten commandments, it says you must not lie, do adultery (even in thought, Jesus said), do idolatry (the Bible shows examples of how sexuality can lead to pagan worship), do image worship (porn has never been as big as it now is), coveting (women feel that they could be stalked, more than ever before), respecting your parents and keeping the Sabbath. Masturbation may be natural, but the thoughts involved probably violate every commandment, every so often.

The Chinese are famous for their tradition of mind over body discipline, especially in Martial Arts.
Its a little known fact, that they found a technique to not ejaculate during orgasm.
Technique, is to hard for the ordinary person, so it is easier, to play dolly fantasy in the mentality in order to release the bio function of Masturbation.
The actual ministers of Buddhism, recommended, at least among themselves, to not Masturbate, as it develops a grabby mentality.

The Indians, who live in hot sweaty weather, with little clothing, have little prohibition against masturbation.
They have a surprisingly gentle culture, but they are enjoying the new privacy of modern toilets to go to toilet in, especially the ladies.

The mind is more flexible than most have noticed, and I believe there may be a form of masturbation, that does not violate any of the ten commandments in thoughts.
But few probably make the effect to find it, and be honest and confess it in Psycho Analysis or to a carful fellow believer.
This is where a believer must try harder than a Church can help, in the private.
Discerning Against Sin, is a personal crusade, and that is a lonely one, except that Jesus' Spirit reduces the alone feeling.
Yet this struggle with Masturbation is nearly everyones battle.

Some say, this was started by the very first Sin, which they say was sexual.

Bored Angels with the task of monitoring the recycling worm of the Planets Ecology, perhaps can't keep to their boring station, are possibly hoping to make hybrids with their worms, to liven up the boredom, is my feeling, of what could be happening.

In summary I would say as a believer, the teenager must realise the importance of developing delicate higher sensitive emotions for building marriage, as without the aim for a Biblical Marriage the default tendency is what I call rape marriage in the mind during masturbation.

In the fast arriving insanity, the invasive element, is often easily ignored by everyone.

In practice both Professional Psychologists and carful fellow believers are not easily available, anywhere at all, for the common activity of masturbation.
Except in the Mormons, where their dogmatic
confession and prohibition is not as gentle as perhaps it ought to be, in my experience.
Many a time I felt like giving up this enforcing doctrine of self analysis.
Their Addiction meetings can help a bit, but still are a bit non comfortable.
The trouble is, is that they refuse to develop professional skills, it remains amateur and unpaid.
They say it must always be so, as the world values mostly just have a knock yourself out mentality on the topic of masturbation, whilst maintaining both a culture against talking it out. or acceptance of its naturalness.
This tricky crevice in the human condition, is not carefully cared for.
Not even by the most well paid prostitutes.
Though perhaps in a few marriages. I should hope.

As of the present time, I expect to leave the Mormons, and hope for the best, as the treatment is not changing and is just staying uncomfortable.
For the time being I continue to learn their way, which has the family farm at its heart.
I honestly believe, that Jesus understands the nature of Masturbation, that it is natural, and its badness is reduce able, in the belief relationship, which is all I have anyway, at the end of the day.

In this day an age, teens have to wait many years before they can earn for children, but there is also many contraceptive ways as well.
The Apostle Paul, said it is better not to "burn", and to Marry instead.
Teen couples remain an informal culture.
But air safety is made by training, and so can sex safety be as well.
